Richards CCTV aims to provide high quality defect free products and services that exceed our Customers expectations on time and within budget.

The Company operates a Quality Management System, which has gained BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994 Certification, including aspects specific to the Closed Circuit Television Surveillance (CCTV) industry. The Quality Managment system is described in our manual and detailed in a Procedure Manual . All personnel understand the importance of quality and abide with the contents of this Quality Manual.

Richards CCTV complies with all legislation relevant to the CCTV industry, and also THe Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

The Company constantly monitors its quality performance and will implement improvements when appropriate.
